Kasey Gilliam is the reason selling our Austin house from California didn't fall apart. She represented us on 12009 Natures Bend, an Airbnb we weren't there to manage, and she treated it like it was her only listing. She delayed going live a week because of an Austin freeze, kept marketing it off-market anyway, and even emailed us to turn the heat on. When I said the photos felt too dark, she took it seriously and mixed in our Airbnb shots. She priced us at $650k after walking through the comps, including a similar house sitting at $675k for 300 days, so we weren't guessing. When a real offer came, she didn't dump a stack of PDFs. She tagged every term FINE or COUNTER, told us to spend our goodwill on price, and called the lender before we answered. Then the buyer came back with a $16k repair amendment and almost no explanation. Typical is $2aEUR"3k. We'd already done a pre-inspection and a new roof. Kasey shut that down as a price grab and got us to closing. We signed remotely at our house in Belmont and still closed on time. If you're out of town and need someone in Austin you can actually trust, hire Kasey. We would again in a second.

When an issue came up involving replacement of the outdoor kitchen grill, she did extensive research that helped us negotiate a favorable outcome.
