I was in a stressful and difficult situation, where a relative had recently passed away. Living out-of-state made it very difficult for me to physically be present to sell the property. Coleen was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She was very detail-oriented and was in constant communication with me. She went out of her way, helping me to secure a local contractor to provide some needed renovations and oversaw the project to completion. She was very knowledgeable of the geographic area as well as the marketability of the property for the particular time of the year. Throughout the process, Coleen was ALWAYS available to answer any questions. She communicated by phone and by email (which I greatly appreciated) and always responded promptly to any voicemail messages I left or emails I sent. ZillowVERIFIED Coleen listed my condo for rent and sale at the same time. It was late in the season so we didnt find a buyer at first and she found me a tenant willing to rent the place furnished. Then, as we approached the time when I was going to put it back on the market, she connected me with an interested buyer before it went back on the market and got the sale done! She always recommends the best people - photographer, attorney (last time around when I bought I used her inspector, attorney, cleaning crew and painter). Coleen and her team are exceptional - professional, punctual, and well-connected in the real estate world. I highly recommend!

We live in Washington DC so we were concerned about the travel requirements to sell this property. Our concerns were quickly resolved after our first meeting with Coleen. She truly took care everything and I mean EVERYTHING required to list and sell the unit. She quickly arranged for the preparation of the unit, the staging, the listing and all the required task of the building management. The amazing thing was she did all this in a matter three days.
