Ashley went above and beyond her duties during our search by reaching out to builders as well as listing agents to ensure that we were put in the best position for viewings , updates, and proactively provided as much information as possible on the community as well as the home. This, when you have a 2 year old and pregnant wife, saved us a ton of time and more importantly, helped us establish a trust with Ashley that we haven't had with any agents we worked with in the past back in NY. She did a great job co-ordinating with us out of state buyers prior to our visit to the Austin area to look at properties. She has a great knowledge of the area and has an excellent working relationship with other realtors, title companies and inspectors. She was out of the country immediately after our offer was accepted and we were in the five day contingency period - however, she worked through her vacation and ensured that all of our concerns were adequately addressed. She kept us abreast of the status of the transaction with regular updates and she is easy to work with. In large part to her work, we were able to close on the property in 15 days. I would recommend her to anyone looking for new properties in the Austin area.

ZillowVERIFIED und this realtor group though Yelp and after a quick survey through their site asking what areas I was looking in, Ashley Vavasour called me. She was super professional, realistic in telling me what my budget could allow, and showed up to our first property in a mask, which I appreciated (we both wore masks during every meet). Ashley asked me my thoughts about places we saw, and also gave me her honest opinion on places that weren't up to par, whether there was no guest parking (we looked at condos first) or a maze of tight spaces. I valued her feedback and validation of what I was thinking, but couldn't quite articulate, being a first time home buyer. After talking, I decided a house would be a better option for the same amount of money (a backyard for the dog, no neighbors sharing walls). I wanted certain things : an already established neighborhood with trees, nature nearby, and a place that didn't need a lot of work. She adjusted the properties I was seeing in the email listings as we went along, and on our second meet, looking at houses, I found my home! Ashley made the process super smooth and easy, was always professional and to-the-point, and advocated for me along the way.
