I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal and that everything was taken care of throughout the entire process. His negotiation skills were incredible. He was able to get the builder to include a free refrigerator, cover my HOA fees for an entire year, and fix numerous things around the house that I probably wouldnt have even thought to negotiate myself. He truly fought for my best interests and made sure I was getting as much value as possible from the purchase. What impressed me most, though, was how involved he was from start to finish. He was always available, answered every question, stayed on top of every detail, and was there for me every step of the way. I never felt like I was handling the process alone. Even after everything was done, he surprised me with an awesome closing gift, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about their clients. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, an excellent negotiator, responsive, and will truly go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend him. I would absolutely work with him again.
