ZillowVERIFIEDI recently relocated after living in the same area for over 30 years, and I was completely unfamiliar with the local Las Vegas market. Working with Lena made all the difference. She guided me through every step of the buying process and offered great recommendations. Since I didnt know any local service providers, she connected me with local professionals and coordinated everything seamlessly. Thanks to her organization and expertise, we were able to close on my new home quickly. I'm truly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing so from a distance you have to rely on the real estates expertise, judgment, observation skills, ability to understand my concerns and needs, and doing it all over the phone. Lena understood what I was looking for, understood the parameters, and time constraints and came through. Much appreciate her keeping me abreast of what needed to be done, signed and looked over.

ZillowVERIFIED Lena was awesome. She went above and beyond to get us the best deal on our home. After the home inspection she already had estimates for repairs the very same day. She was able to help us close early and even got us a welcome home gift.

ZillowVERIFIED Lena is amazing. This is the second time we have worked with her and just like before she is always responsive, values your time, fights for her clients, and is hard working. It was so nice to know that I could trust her through the stress of buying our home. I will continue to recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from out of state and Lena made the process so smooth that I've had local moves that were far more stressful. If you call she is either answering or calling you back in minutes. If you ask a question she either knows the answer or will find out and get back to you. Lena is trustworthy. She's got your back.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier with Lena!Lena was dogged in her pursuit of the right home at the right price for us, always keeping us in the loop, and always keeping us smiling. Her great sense of humor, combined with her no-nonsense attitude when it came to getting us a home, kept us comfortable and in-the-know even when we were on the other side of the country dealing with the stress of selling our own home.Throughout the process, Lena and her team were extremely patient, quick to respond to (our many) questions, outstanding when it came to guiding us through the process, expert at providing sound advice when it came to submitting offers, and aggressive when it came to making sure we got everything we needed from the sellers, despite it being a sellers market. And she has continued to provide us with excellent recommendations for the help we needed after closing on our dream home.If youre looking for the people who will always be on time and on the ball when it comes to your real estate transaction, you want Lena on your side!

ZillowVERIFIED I went through about 4 realtors in Las Vegas before I found Lena. The difference between her and everyone else is you will not feel like you are doing all the work yourself. She also gets in offers faster than anyone else which is crucial during this sellers market. Whenever I needed something she would respond fast. I also know she has my best interest at heart. If you need someone to find you the perfect home and make it an easy transition hire Lena. She is by far the best one out there.

It started as a we are just looking to we are ready to be serious and her level of professionalism and service never changed. She followed up with us periodically until we were ready to go for it. We sent her many listings and she helped us sort through them and was prompt and prepared with all showings We were very impressed with how efficiently she got us through them. When we finally picked one she was able to guide us through the offer that got us the home we wanted. The whole buying process went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED Let me tell you about Lena! She is absolutely fantastic! Has to be the best realtor in Las Vegas! Period! Before Lena I had a realtor who told me because of the market I need to have all my closing cost. And when I told him I didnt he basically made me feel as though getting a home would be impossible and I found myself doing all the work, as far as searching for homes and researching strategies on how to get the seller to pay for the closing cost. He barley initiated text and only communicated when I would text him. Then a co worker/friend of mine who was also looking for a home, put me in contact with Lena. Right away she made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring that she would get me and my family into a home. I talked to her on a Thursday and by the next Thursday my offer was accepted and the seller paid ALL my closing cost! And even though the odds were against me and I didnt have much to work with, the whole time she made me feel like I was a cash buyer with everything I needed to purchase a home! I now have a home and I can not express how grateful and thankful I am that I met her! She is the Truth! And if she is available in the future she will always be my go to!

ZillowVERIFIED Lena works with Delinda Cramptons team with Berkshire Hathaway here in Las Vegas. After meeting with them 5 years ago and deciding financially I should rent an apartment for a few years, Lena continued to contact me every summer to check in to see if we were ready to buy. This year was the right year for us to buy and I knew from Lenas work ethic and constant communication annually, she was the right realtor for us. We advised her from the beginning we knew exactly what type of home we were looking for and the perfect match hit the market. Lena was tireless, persistent, extremely knowledgeable, and always reachable within minutes, if not instantly. We didnt want a real estate agent who was trying to steer us into a home we didnt want, and Lena was very respectful in only discussing homes that we would be truly interested in. I cannot recommend Lenas professionalism, communication, punctuality, and knowledge of the industry enough. I am so thankful for having had the opportunity to work with her in acquiring our home, and absolutely recommend Lena as a 5 star realtor. Theres no fluff with Lena, she is a straight to the point and a get-the-job done now type of person. Lena was absolutely outstanding for us and we will happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Lena did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to buy a specific home but there were already two or three other offers for the same house. She was able to write an offer which caught the attention of the sellers even though our offer was dependent upon selling our previous home. Throughout the entire process, whatever I needed Lena to do, she acted promptly and effectively. She is very professional and met all of our expectations. Without hesitation, I would recommend Lena to any other buyers or sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED So we found Lena on the internet and BOY were we lucky. Being from out of state it was a little tricky. We found the house we loved and she was like a ?Pitbull? to make sure we got it done. She worked relentlessly and answered our questions very quickly which isn?t always easy for a busy realtor. Our transaction was certainly not easy but she worked quickly and efficiently to get us our retirement home. We could NOT be happier with her performance . She will scratch and claw for her clients but maintains a healthy relationship with the other realtor. We HIGHLY recommend Lena if you are looking to move into the area. Thanks Lena.Joe and Denise

ZillowVERIFIED The Crampton Team was recommended by a family member to sell our home, and search for a new one. Delinda Crampton and her team are phenomenal when it comes to the real estate business. I came in optimistic that our home would sell, and for the asking price. We had a full price offer in two days. Lena Pflule, one of the Crampton Team associates, assisted us in finding a new home. The resources this team has is out of this world. There were unforeseeable hiccups along the way. The Crampton Team will work day and night to make sure everything goes smoothly, and with the least amount of stress on you as possible. I highly recommend Delinda and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. 5 stars does not due this team justice. Thank you for getting us into out forever home!!!!

When it came time to put in the offer, Lena got the deal done extremely fast. Whether it was on the weekend or later in the evening, Lena was always reachable for questions and inquiries. ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot express how great an agent Lena Pfluke was to us as we moved from Indianapolis to Las Vegas. We started looking for homes in Las Vegas in 2018. It took over two years for our home to sell and multiple trips to Las Vegas looking at homes. Lena stood by us the entire time, in fact, I think she had more faith in our home being sold than we did. Every trip we took to Vegas, Lena was always available to look at homes even though we were not ready to buy. She always make phone calls back to us in Indianapolis checking to see how things were going. Finally, in 2020 our home sold and Lena was right there ready to help us find a new home. We finally found the home of our dreams. I would say, how many agents would stick with you for two and a half years waiting on your home to sell. So if you want someone thats dedicated and will be there for you 24/7, this is the person you need to have as your agent. Great job Lena and many, many thanks for your dedication and loyalty to us through our long journey moving to Las Vegas.

ZillowVERIFIED Lena is a high energy real estate agent with a lot of experience. She also has a talent working with clients when things go bad just as well as when things go good. We worked with Lena for two years looking for our retirement home, and it wasnt easy since we lived 1700 miles away. We found the house that we wanted in October of 2019, and we knew that we had to act fast. Lena, had a contract put together within hours. After less than a week on the market there were several offers and we won. Were not sure that would have happened without Lena.

ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasure working with Lena! Not only was she very patient with our many questions and requests for information as we reviewed her on-line rental recommendations, but she found our perfect rental home on our first actual outing!Since we were moving to the area from the East, Lena was kind enough to give us a virtual tour for a property that looked good on-line, but we had questions about. She took the time to know what was important to us, and brought us to a perfect match that we were able to contract for within hours of our visit. We would recommend Lena to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate professional!!!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could describe Lena in one sentence, it would read Lena is extremely thorough, very tenacious, and a complete professional. From the very beginning, Lena really listened to the features and details that were important to me in a prospective home. We didn?t waste time looking at houses outside my parameters. After viewing the first couple of houses, we were quickly on the same page, dialing in on target homes only.I travel extensively for business, which makes buying a home a bit more challenging. However Lena was my eyes and ears throughout the whole process. She made sure I was aware of every critical deadline, and saw to it that I fulfilled every obligation required of me, no matter where I was traveling, that?s for sure. She looked after my best interests throughout the buy, giving me great peace of mind, and I had complete confidence in her recommendations. She was actively involved in all aspects of the purchase: loan and escrow info, appraisal process, inspection, etc. While I understand this is part of the job requirement, she answered all of my questions, or found me the answers, consistently throughout. For example, she saw to it that every inspection detail was resolved as agreed, recommending we withhold a portion of escrow funds as leverage, right up until the very last day of escrow. Lena had my back!At the end of it all, I?m now the proud owner of a beautifully appointed and spacious home...and I?ll give Lena a huge applause for helping make that happen!!! Shes worthy of a 6th star rating! Thank you Lena!
