With such an important transaction we wanted to make certain we listed with a Realtor that had a proven track record of success. A Realtor that would take the time to sit with us, review our property and help us decide what the best and most realistic listing price was based on market analysis and would utilize multiple marketing strategies so that our property would draw interested buyers quickly. We received even more than we expected when we chose Leslie and Team Carver. This was truly a team, a team of six professionals all working to list, market and sell our home. We listed our Condominium with Leslie and within a couple of days met John Carver at our home who coordinated with the listing photographer and is Team Carvers lead marketing and social media team member. John took the time to share with us how he would publish our listing to multiple social media platforms, including the extensive Berkshire Hathaway network in addition to multiple realty based websites so that our listing would receive maximum visibility. The listing photographer did an amazing job and the listing with photographs looked exceptional. Prior to an interested buyer viewing our home we received a text and/or phone call from either Leslie or John to coordinate a date and time and we received feedback after each viewing. We had multiple viewings and received informative feedback from potential buyers and accepted a buyers offer within 6 weeks of listing our property with Team Carver. This was during the real estate "crash" and we looked at a number of properties before making an offer on a "short-sale" in Henderson. This became a long process, but Danielle kept us updated along the way and made sure everything went smoothly. She even recommended a property management company that did a great job for us. If you are looking for a buyer's agent, Danielle is a great choice! Fast forward to 2024 and Danielle was the only agent we called when we decided to sell the property. She had some travelling scheduled when the house was on the market so, in order to make sure we were well taken care of, she brought in Leslie Carver (Owner of Team Carver) as a partner in the listing and sale of the house. We were once again extremely happy with the service provided by Danielle and Team Carver. The house needed some work to get ready for the market which could have been difficult as we live in another state. Our agents went above and beyond, handling all the estimates and scheduling of work. What we thought would take up to a month was completed quickly and the house was on the market in two weeks. They did a great job of marketing the property, generating an incredible number of showings. They kept us informed and updated on all the showings and feedback from realtors and prospective buyers. They provided excellent suggestions, including staging the property to make sure the house sold as quickly as possible and for top dollar. They really are a "team" with a customer service rep (Kathy) that was in constant contact during the sales process and an escrow specialist (Annette) that took over once the house was under contract. Despite the distance, it was an awe-inspiring experience to work with Leslie, Annette, John, and the entire Carver Team. The seller had inherited the house. It turned out he did not have a title. Leslie and her team had to work with the seller to help him get the title. Several other challenging issues with the seller required skillful navigation of Leslie and Annette to finally close the purchase at a price well below similar houses in the area. While away, we decided to have the house repainted and replace the carpets. Without us even asking, Leslie proposed, aEUR~We can arrange that for you; we have reasonably-priced people we work with that can take care of this. By the way, we noticed the yard could use some cleanup and the palms some pruning. One of the toilets has a leaky valve, and there are leaks in the irrigation system. We agreed to have all these items, plus a few more, taken care of. Leslie and her team quickly went to work and had all this taken care of and kept us updated on the progress along the way. Now that we are back, thanks to Leslie, Annette, John, and the entire team, we cannot but be more proud of our beautiful aEUR~new house, obtained at a price well below comparables in the area. That is, including the cost of all the work done! We would have liked to give the Team ten stars had it been possible!
