As expected, there were challenges along the way; most significant was the extreme change in the buying market based on the steady increase in interest rates. Delinda guided us through the nerve-wracking process like a pro. She made recommendations to guide us so that the property appealed to the neighborhood demographics. Delinda and her team led the effort to hire the appropriate contractors to make minor improvements that would increase the property appeal and bring in a higher volume of interested buyers.
