I can't say enough good things about working with Troy and sincerely recommend him to anyone (buying or selling) in the real estate market. He has extensive industry experience and a wealth of knowledge in a constantly changing, local market that makes you confident in his opinions, guidance and recommendations. He was incredibly helpful during the entire buying process (this is our first home), going above and beyond helping with title attorneys, seller realtors, inspectors, and providing continual communication about what was happening and what needed to happen next. Despite the fact that we obviously weren't his only client, he was readily available to look at a home with us or provide all the information we needed to help make a good decision - we were always a priority. His overall professional demeanor coupled with a friendly personality and strong moral compass, made him not a only a solid negotiator, but more importantly, someone you trust to do right by you. I can't recommend him enough.

Troy Wilkins, ably assisted by Jourdan Willard, did a masterful job helping us sell our house. Troy and Jourdan provided superb (and unusual in my experience) help throughout the process, walking through our house and creating a detailed to-do punch list, recommending excellent people to assist with house-selling fix-ups, and, most dramatically, coming to our aid the day of the closing. Just as we were fading after being up all night packing, Troy and Jourdan arrived with Troy's oversized truck, a can-do attitude and good cheer, taking over the task of bringing stuff to Goodwill and helping us move other stuff into our U-Haul. Troy, a Jack of many trades, even had the skill to dissemble our complicated TV from the wall so that we didn't have to leave it in the house after the movers refused to touch it!
