AXEN Realty LLC

Connie was great. Very experienced, polite and easily approachable. She was there throughout; From viewing to inspection to closing . Would recommend her to everyone.

Manny Barios did an outstanding job of selling our townhouse in Championsgate/Bella Trae and is currently assisting us in purchasing a new house in Debary, FL. He is very professional and goes beyond our expectations. Highly recommend working with Manny.

Manny was great to work with during our home buying process. He kept sending us new listings as soon as they came up and was always quick to respond when we had questions. He also stayed in touch with our lender to make sure certain houses would fit our budget and situation, which we really appreciated. He let us know right away if a house would or would not fit what we were looking for and never had a problem taking the time to show us homes in person. We really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

Ms. Connie was wonderful! She was always ready to answer my questions and walked me through the entire process. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Even after my closing my home, she still makes sure to check in and that everything is in place.

Mrs. Connie did a wonderful job with assisting me with purchasing my property she was always knowledgeable about the area and she was always only a call away for anything I needed definitely a great realtor only 5 stars.
