ZillowVERIFIED I meet Connie when I was purchasing my house after my divorce. She was very professional and helpful. I wasn't sure of if I wanted a fixer upper or a ready to move in house. Connie was able to guide me and help negotiate a price that was comfortable for me as a single parent.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie looked out for us as the Sellers in every step of the process. She is a true professional that I would recommend to selling their home. Not only did she guarantee our asking price, she got us significantly more. We were blessed to have found Connie and use her as our listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie Garrett is one of the best realtors in ATL. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she made sure to answer all our questions and all of our concerns were addressed. Mrs. Garrett made sure she was always 10 steps ahead of everything. An hour before closing our lender hit us with fees of an extra $4000 (unprofessional right) that they failed to mention because they had dropped the ball but Mrs. Garrett stepped in and talked to our lender and the supervisor. She went above and beyond to handle this problem. Long story short she got the fees credited by the lender within an hour. I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie is an amazing realtor! She has extensive knowledge of the market and understands how to place effective offers when it comes to buying a home. My fiance and I had accepted offers on both of the homes we bid on (and there was extensive competition for them). Connie makes herself extremely available to her clients and never leaves you in question regarding any step in the home buying process. If you want someone you can trust to support you through your journey in buying a home, select Connie as your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few homes. As my family began get smaller, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a smaller home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Connie Garrett. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.Throughout the past several months, Connie has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. Although we decided not to sell, Connie was very understanding when our situation changed due to uncertainty with COVID-19.I now consider Connie a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home or looking to sell their home. Thanks again Connie Garrett for being such a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were relocating almost a thousand miles away from the small town I grew up in. Connie was recommended by a friend and I have never been more at ease. Connie made our search for a home so much smoother by being our boots on the ground while we were packing up to move. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had. When our first deal fell through, we panicked, but she was able to find us a home to rent literally 2 weeks before I was to start my new job. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the house. So much in fact that when the home we were renting came on the market for sale Connie helped us purchase it. It being our first home purchase, we were a bit nervous with all of the horror stories about purchasing a home. However, Connie made the process extremely relatable and went to bat for us more than once when negotiating with the seller. We are so grateful to have found not only a great realtor but a wonderful person in our new hometown. Thank you Connie!

ZillowVERIFIED Connie made miracles with the purchase of my home. There were three offers on the home when I initially placed my offer. Immediately I started looking for other homes, however discouraged because nothing else compared. I received a call from Connie about a week later, and she stated we had a chance to get the house, all the preparation was completed before she called because she knew I had my mind on that particular home. Overall this was the easiest purchase I have ever made, with the help of Connie Garrett. She went above and beyond to get the property I wanted, and made the transaction seamless.

ZillowVERIFIED Connie was phenomenal to work with! She made my house buying experience truly stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable of her craft, with a keen insight into ongoing trends and strategies of the housing market. She works tirelessly on her client's behalf, ensuring all aspects of the buying process is easy as possible. She is tenacious and aggressive when the situation calls for it, and treats you with kid gloves when she senses you may be feeling nervous or unsure. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and advocate to work with. Don't hesitate to seek and request Connie if you are in the house hunting business and looking for your dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED What I appreciate most about Connie in this overall transition is her patience, communication and negotiation skills. Patience because it took as 6-7 months to finally decide the home that we would like to purchase. During this period we had to take breaks in the pursue of a house due to personal circumstances, but she was always ready to help us out and look for houses any time. Communication wise Connie is great. Whether via text, call or appointment she's always available and she quickly reaches back. once we decided what house to go after, her negotiations skills were great. During house inspections she made shore that what ever the listing agent decided to fix, it would have been fixed. We were also able to get our earnest money back, since the listing agent failed to fix some very minor issues that could have easily been fixed. In that case it resulted in a win for us. Now we are homeowners and merit goes to her and the financial team that helped us achieving so. Would I refer her to family and friends? Most definitely.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Connie as my Listing Agent last year for the sale of my rental property. I didn't hesitate to go with Connie again this year when deciding to purchase a new home. Connie took the time to understand my family's needs, then set up daily property search reports based on my custom criteria. These reports help facilitate the search process, and helped locate a property that I loved and eventually purchased! Connie and her team were top-notch throughout the entire process (offer, contract, closing). I'm now using Connie as my Listing Agent again to sell another property.
