ZillowVERIFIED Manny listed my condo for sale in the Bella Trae complex in October 2016. There were a few challenges during the selling process, which were due entirely to some proposed buyers, who put in an offer that was accepted but then had to withdraw the offer because they could not raise the finance. This started a long drawn out email, telephone calls and meetings process, relating to the disbursement of the deposit. The situation was finally resolved when the 'buyers' finally realized the information they thought was correct, was in fact incorrect and this was due to Manny keeping a very detailed record of all dates during the whole process. Manny is a very positive person and he always sounded cheerful during our many telephone calls. The condo was finally sold for a good price without any problems during the closing process.
