We're in NYC, so basically you need to make sure no one is screwing you over, especially if you're a little guy. Erica did not play any games, like pushing us towards a higher house or giving us some BS about neighborhood home value. We showed her what we wanted and she worked hard to represent OUR needs. She was ALWAYS reachable too, a big plus for us as we were buying a house in another state. Do the smart thing and just get her.
