As someone who's been fortunate to explore the world through travel, I've always found myself drawn back to Tucson. It's a city that offers the best of both worlds - the warmth and familiarity of a tight-knit community, coupled with the opportunities and diversity of a larger city. For me and my family, Tucson has been the perfect place to raise our children in a multicultural environment, where they can learn and grow surrounded by different perspectives and experiences. I'm passionate about sharing the beauty of Tucson with others and helping them discover their own unique living experience in this vibrant city.

We love the casual active lifestyle and the incredibly beautiful mountain views seen from all over this area. Even if your home does not have these views (and we will always try to find you a home with mountain views!) you see these views everywhere that you go. Of course we love the many days of sunshine, but also find our monsoon season, punctuated by dramatic lightning seen all over the area, to be fabulous. Beyond the great dining opportunities, we love the many cultural events found downtown and all over the city. Call us for a tour of the city's highlights and beautiful homes!

I like to call Tucson "The Biggest Small Town" you will ever find. You can head to high end malls and outlets or enjoy farmers markets and swap meets. The town has multiple golf courses open 365 days a year. Our industries are booming! Amazon just opened a 3rd distribution center here as well. The downtown area has seen a renaissance the last few years. Dozens of new restaurants, bars, and shops make it a destination spot for cuisine and nightlife. Tucson, in my opinion, has the best array of Mexican food and Mexican restaurants ANYWHERE! You need not look further than a 10 city square block of South Tucson to find mouthwatering, authentic Mexican food! My city has a little bit of everything... Rich history along with innovation make Tucson a beautiful place to live!

I love Tucson for the weather! With 350 days of sun Tucson has amazing weather for outdoor activities. A newly created 130 mile bike loop around the city is great for families and cyclist of all kinds to safely ride. For the hiking fans Tucson's five mountain ranges provide hundreds of miles of trails to explore. For the foodies and fans of food- Tucson has been designated as a City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. Taste Tucson's gastronomic roots through dishes and events that embrace heritage ingredients and local ingenuity. Check out weekly farmers markets throughout the city, or the food festivals and events, wineries, breweries or distilleries. We also have the Pima Air and Space Museum and the Titan Missile Museum.

About these neighborhood estimates

Prices and counts describe active listings returned by the provider, excluding coming-soon and nearby search results. They are asking prices, not sold prices, and may not include every home for sale.

Nearby-school grades are FastExpert estimates from the average available ratings of unique public schools returned for sampled neighborhood properties. A: 8–10; B: 6–under 8; C: 4–under 6; D: 2–under 4; F: 1–under 2. Unrated schools are excluded. Nearby schools may not be assigned to a specific address.

Photos show identified local landmarks. Five neighborhoods are shown, ordered by property count. Median asking price breaks a tie.
