ReviewWe found Tripp almost by accident. We had just arrived in Savannah, knew we wanted to live in Southbridge, and called Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty. Tripp was the first person I spoke to, and we never felt the need to speak to anyone else. From the outset, he listened carefully to what we wanted. Being on the golf course, specifically the front nine, was non-negotiable for us, as was finding a house of the right size. He showed us several properties, never pushed us toward something that wasn't right, and patiently worked with us until we found the house we wanted. What really sets Tripp apart is how well he knows Southbridge. He knows the houses, the market, the prices, and, just as important, many of the people who live here. That local knowledge was incredibly helpful. Buying our house was not simple. The negotiations got complicated, another buyer got the house first, and then we had another chance. Tripp stayed on top of everything. Once we were under contract, he kept things moving and made sure we got through due diligence, inspections, contractors, repairs, a roof replacement, and finally closing. He was always quick to respond and honestly, I would rate him a 10 out of 10. We can also be fairly demanding buyers. Tripp handled that extremely well. He was patient and calm, but importantly, he wasn't afraid to gently challenge me when he thought it was necessary. I appreciated that. Most importantly, Tripp is simply a first-class human being. He is generous with his time, dependable and genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for his clients. Would I recommend him? Absolutely. And if you're looking to buy or sell in Southbridge in particular, I would have a hard time imagining anyone who knows the community better. Thanks, Tripp. We got there!

Review It's like having a concierge service. This was an estate being sold after my mom passed away, but nobody in our family is local. When we needed some repairs, Tripp knew someone who does great work for a fair price. When we needed someone to check on the property after a storm, Tripp stepped up. When we needed to have someone let the Estate Sale people into the house, Tripp was there for us. Due the fact that this is an estate, Tripp had to communicate with several individuals, but he did an excellent job of keeping us all informed. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job for us.

Review We just relocated from California to Georgia. Our first visit was in January to buy a home and after asking for Realtor recommendations from friends and family on the east coast, Tripps name was repeated a number of times. We communicated by phone several times to get a feel for what we wanted and after getting to know each other, he made a few suggestions as to where might be a good fit for us. We were met on time with the best smile and he was totally prepared. After visiting the second housing construction site, we bought a home on the first day, we were shocked. It was a new build and as you can imagine in these times there were delays after delays due to labor and supplies. My wife was in Ca and I had moved to Ga to open my new distribution center for my company in February, which made things more challenging be apart. Tripp was here to show alternative properties, having tough conversations with the builder to keep on our house completion on track, and to sometimes just to listen. We are finally in our new home, closing was last Wednesday. I was met with Tripp with a huge smile and congrats on finally signing docs. He sat with me during the whole process, his professionalism was so outstanding. We highly recommend Tripp Butler and his company when your in the market of buying or selling. His professionalism, knowledge of the market is with out a doubt the best.
