We were in a position where our home was on the market for 6 months without any offers with a different agent and I knew we needed to make a change. He immediately had his amazing photographer take new photos of our home for a refresh and it listed within 48 hours. We immediately gained traction and numerous showings of serious buyers. We made some pricing adjustments and after two months, we accepted an offer on our home. Throughout the process, Tripp was communicative and guided us in decision making processes.
