ZillowVERIFIEDWe consider ourselves incredibly lucky that we got to work with Susan! She is kind, funny, and was a great advocate as we moved across the country with very little knowledge of Dallas. As a Dallas native, she is also extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and local builders. She was also very adaptable, and we never felt like we were bothering her with texts or pivots to our plans (even last minute!). We would pick her again 10/10 times!

Susan was very professional and devoted to the sale. She kept us up to speed with what was going on, helped us find contractors to do work we needed to do, and interfaced regularly with the HOA. She was a delight to work with.

I dont know where to start. Susan was absolutely amazing in every way. I didnt originally want a realtor. I wanted to sell my house on my own. I bit off way more than I could chew, so I messaged Susan. I was expecting to deal with one of her workers, but she personally helped me the majority of the time. When I wasnt dealing with Susan, I was working with her assistant Brandon Northway, who was equally amazing. My house wasnt worth much, but I was treated as if I was selling a multimillion dollar estate. I honestly cant say enough about how great they were and how easy they made this insanely stressful process for me. If youre looking for a realtor who works for YOU, and not just themselves, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a repeat client with Susan.... this is the 6th or 7th transaction that I've turned to Susan for help.... generally selling and buying. She is a master at both sides... could not ask for better experiences. This most recent purchase was during this crazy 2020-2021 market and she negotiated the right deal to secure the house for us at a good price. The subsequent sale went smoothly despite being moved a week to accommodate the buyers and me being out of town.... all handled like a pro.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive statements about Susan Melnick. She knew I was a first time home seller, so she walked me through the process, explaining everything so I could make the correct decisions. She guided me on what improvements to make, what to forego, and helped me concentrate on the most important items for a potential buyer. Her sage advice on staging and choice of photographer showcased my lovely home and made it stand out from others on the market. Together, we reviewed the available inventory and we determined the best price, as well as when to make revisions as necessary. Additionally, she worked tirelessly on finding me a new home. Through her efforts, my buyers closed on a Monday, while I closed on my new home the following day. The process was seamless and I feel incredibly fortunate to have taken this journey with Susan Melnick. I cannot think of a better advocate with which to partner.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Melnick and her assistant Mackenzie Larch are a literal dream team. We wanted to pick a realtor with extensive knowledge of our neighborhood along with someone that we felt rapport with. We could not be happier with our choice, Susan did a great job of pricing our house and we got two offers after only a short time on the market. Her level of expertise has gone above and beyond our expectations. It's our first time selling a house so we needed someone to walk us through the process, her and her assistant have done that and more. We could not be happier with Susan. We highly recommend her and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Susan Melnick as our agent to sell our house in Duncanville, upon a referral from the owner of the house across the street for sale. Both houses sold within the first month listed. Susan provided useful hints and selling tools to us at our first meeting, knowing we still had a few weeks before we were ready to list it. She was always positive and readily available for all of our needs. Her knowledge regarding real estate was superb from start to finish, and it was clear she loves it . Susan delivered everything she promised and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Susan for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan has a passion for sales. If you need your house sold, choose Susan. She will do what it takes. She came in and gave us ideas on what to change/tweak to make the house more presentable before we signed her. No one else gave us any ideas or wanted us to sign first. Every professional and hands down one of the top sales people I have come across.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Melnick is a superb professional. She knows the business, knows the market and knows how to deal with people. Our house sold immediately for full price. What that says is that Susan knew exactly how to price the home. All the post sale business was handled in a smooth manner. Our experience could not have been better. I would recommend Susan Melnick to everyone thinking of selling their property.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an all-around POSITIVE and STRESS-FREE experience in selling your home, then go with Susan. She is a PRO in every sense of the word. From start to finish (and, in our case, that was a mere 24 days!), she handles everything. She brings her own team on board - the "Melnick Team" - and every detail is covered. You will essentially just sit back and wait for the good news that - Yes! Your home has a buyer!

ZillowVERIFIED The experience of working with Susan compared to another Realtor I used many years prior to meeting Susan was like night and day. Not only is Susan knowledgeable, her customer service and expertise is remarkable. MacKenzie works with, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Susan and MacKenzie are very responsive, and you will definitely be at ease knowing they have your best interest at heart. If you have any questions or concerns, you can rest assure they will have answers for you promptly. This is the forth house that my partner and/or I have used Susan for to either buy or sell home. If we every decided to relocate again, we would without any hesitation call Susan Melnick.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan did an amazing job for me and I can't speak highly enough of her. I hired another agent to begin with who put me on a wild goose chase and gave me HORRIBLE advice.Eventually I fired the original agent and made the smart choice to hire Susan! She sells a lot of homes!! I appreciate that she isn't flashy, she gets the job done. She takes personal responsibility for getting your home sold!! Her staff is amazing, she is a great communicator, and she is an impeccable business professional. She strikes just the right balance of being personal and friendly, but maintaining a business relationship at the same time. The next time I need to buy or sell a home, Susan is #1 on my speed dial! I have been incredibly impressed with her and I don't give praise lightly. She EARNED my 5-star review!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan set the tone with me by being the sellers agent when I purchased the Home several years ago. She was able to achieve over asking at that time and absolutely recognized the value of the work we did in the home and the evolution of the market. Susan had the right buyers for our home before we even knew it was ready to be sold. The overall effect was amazing! Susan and her team did an efficient and wonderful job. I can't say enough good things.

I'm pretty high maintenance and they made me very happy. I'll use them again the next time I buy and sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan has always been great. I bought and later sold my first property with her. She was able to get a sense of what I was looking for and helped me find just the right house. When I moved to the suburbs, I bought my second house with her help. I later sold that property when I moved to a different city and it was a breeze to work with her for a fourth time. Her staff is also attentive and courteous. Highly recommended.
