Dave Perry Miller Real Estate

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that we got to work with Susan! She is kind, funny, and was a great advocate as we moved across the country with very little knowledge of Dallas. As a Dallas native, she is also extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and local builders. She was also very adaptable, and we never felt like we were bothering her with texts or pivots to our plans (even last minute!). We would pick her again 10/10 times!

Professional. Great people person.

Susan was very professional and devoted to the sale. She kept us up to speed with what was going on, helped us find contractors to do work we needed to do, and interfaced regularly with the HOA. She was a delight to work with.

Susan was fantastic!

My husband and I were truly grateful and thankful to have Susan on our team. She was very patient and very knowledgeable about the area her and her team walked us through every aspect of our sale and for that we were truly blessed thank you!
