Review There are many reasons to justify this five star review. However, if you are in a hurry, suffice it to say that if you are looking for efficiency and excellance in a realtor, look no further! Sam has assembled a team that is by far the best selling team that I have ever encountered. (And Ive encountered a lot over the years!) His selling model ensures accountabilty and issue ownership throughout the entire selling process. Expectations are actively set, communicated and executed. You are never left wondering what is happening with Sam and the Weiner team. The offer on my property came on Christmas Eve. And I was out of town for the holidays. But not once did anyone drop the ball or fail to follow through. Sam resolved issues that I'm not even sure belonged to him! The value that he and his team supplied during my own absence was extremely valuable.There are also some exceptional pricing rewards and assurances that accompany his selling approach. The combination of these characteristics simply set him apart in the market place. I wish that I had encountered him years ago!

Review The sale of our house was seamless- We had a few issues on the buying end but they were resolved promptly and timely. Documents via email was challenging but saved a lot of time and gas. I had wished there was more available properties at the time for purchase and that our agent for that piece knew the ins and outs of the communities more but all in all we are happy with our purchase. We researched homes daily online and actually found the house before his automated search found it.

Review I have sold more than one home in my life time. It hasn't been in an easy process in the past. Sam Weiner came recommended to me and I am pleased with the result. Sam gave great advice on the pricing strategy as well as some suggestions for staging my home. The market is still pretty hot but I did not expect to receive 3 offers on the first day, with two of them well over asking. I listed my home in December and there are fewer people looking to buy at that time of year. I believe the way my home was listed and priced accelerated the process. The office staff is excellent and everything was smooth and easy for me with a quick close.

We had gotten an offer from an investor for $280K because of the condition and I thought that was our only choice. When my mother told me about Samuel and I met him I was so impressed. Review In case 2020 wasnt challenging enough, I enlisted Sam to help me sell and purchase a home in 2021 when the housing market was a tad bit insane. Despite him and his team being extremely busy whenever I called, emailed or texted with concerns or questions I was responded to quickly. Review I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines in 2018. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer's original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.
