A poor zillow description of my home until finally hounding them to death to change it Add insult to injury with $300 in junk fees after their high commission paid for doing very little.

Our realtor Jeff Taylor was responsive even at odd hours of the the day and committed to getting us in to see as many properties as we needed until we bought the right home. He was also very knowledgeable about home buying strategies and imparted that knowledge readily to us. That made a huge difference and we ended up purchasing a home with a month to spare before the lease ended on our rental. Even after the closing, there were still some issues (air conditioners not working, couldn't find the right water company) Jeff was still responsive and on the case to help us resolve issues. Let me be honest, we've tried to work with other Georgia agents before. We found them lazy, unresponsive, slow to respond,and just really ignorant of the best house buying strategies.
