He was a pleathora of local knowledge, from advising against certain neighborhoods or properties for very specific reasons, texting me immediately when listings of interest where upcoming (some before they hit the MLS), helping me find possibly off market deals & working with us through countless weekends to help us find the right deal. When we found it and things turned south in Escrow due to the fault of the seller & his agent, Paul communicated daily, got his owner involved, spoke to the 'at fault' parties and worked on it daily until HE found the solution. He ended up giving personal monitary concessions to close the deal. Why? Because he's in this for the long haul, the relationships and his clients come first. OUTSTANDING. Don't call another office or agent. Call Paul first & last. He's #1 for a reason.
