We got connected to Shelli totally by accident and we were SO happy we did! She is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful especially with the first time homebuyer! Shelli did an exemplary job in price suggestions, advise on flooring and landscaping. She uses a professional photographer to take numerous pictures of the whole house and property with great descriptions under them. We went "live" with the listing on a Thursday and had five showings by Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon, three legitimate offers.
