Melanie was recommended to me by my best friend as a realtor to help us buy a house. We had a short time line to work with, and every offer we put in had to have a contingency because we were also needing to sell our old home. The process was stressful but Melanie was great every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and always worked hard to make sure we were putting in the best offers possible despite the contingency. My favorite thing about Melanie was how when she would show us a home she would always point out things of concern so we didnt end up getting stuck with a lemon. She never gave us false hope and always kept it 100%. And in the end we ended up with our dream home!
