She has been my realtor in two transactions: a commercial property purchase in Downtown DeLand m, FL and most recently the sale of my late fathers house in Summerfield, FL. My dads house was listed with 2 separate, local realtors over the course of a year, in the same price range, with the absolute minimal effort from the realtors. Lydia had my house under contract within 10 days of listing. She negotiated a fair deal for all parties and worked directly with a company that provided a new roof and HVAC system, to be paid at closing, so that the property would appraise and buyers were confident about their purchase. She assured that all work was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Lydia did everything in her power to bring the deal to close and I am so grateful for her professionalism and efforts. I will be listing another home with her in the very near future, as she will be the only realtor I use in my future transactions. She truly is a gem.
