Since she was the expert, she went out of her way by explaining all the details for the numerous offers I had received. She even went so far to create a spread sheet for me. As the closing approached, she would email me with reminders of "what needed to be done" or ask if I needed help. As a person, doing this solo, I appreciated her eagerness to help me in any way she could. I would recommend her if anyone is seeking a realtor to buy or sell. She was wonderful and most professional!
