Kris was always there for us, every step of the way ... so much more than just meeting us at prospective houses! He researched the value of prospective homes against similar in the market, gave us his opinion on any issues we (or he) saw, put us in touch with some great contractors and lenders, and ultimately got us into our 'forever home'. In addition, RealGroup sorted us with a furnished rental house while we looked for our 'forever home' with Kris. The rental terms were soft and we were able to stay in the rental until our sea-freight from overseas arrived, even though Kris was able to get us into our 'forever home' super quick! No 'early termination' fee on the rental; just stay as long as you need until you move into your new home. Highly recommend RealGroup and Kris!

ZillowVERIFIEDOur family made the choice to move to Denver while we were also selling our home in Texas. We had a mortgage so we were afraid we would have to wait until we had sold our home and then begin the process of looking for homes in Denver. This would also mean we would need to be locked into a rental for a year while we searched. Luckily, I found a recommendation for Real Group and found the answer to all of our problems. We were able to get a rental through them while searching for a home. We now had the chance to take our time finding the right home for our family, and avoid being locked into a long term contract. We met with Kris in February and began our search. Kris knew the area well and helped guide us to neighborhoods that would fit our needs best. He made sure to listen to what we needed, but also gave guidance where we needed it. Our two kids came with us to every showing and Kris was always very patient, especially when my son said aEURoenoaEUR? to almost every house. We found a home we all loved and put in an offer to find out another offer was also on the table. Kris helped to make sure we were able to make ours the more desirable offer while also making sure we got a good deal. Now came the stressful part of making sure we had all of our ducks in a row to get to closing. Except there never was a stressful part. Kris team guided us through seamlessly even with a few surprises on the inspection. Kris himself made several phone calls to his many contacts and the city to check that everything was satisfactory. Meanwhile his team made a calendar with all of the deadlines and made the steps clear enough so I understood the process despite a lack of experience. I highly recommend Kris and his team. He has been with us every step of the way and you can tell he really cares about getting you into your perfect home.
