Both entail finding the right partners for you as in a realtor and lender as they are going to help steer the ship meaning they will guide you, provide crucial information, understand your needs and most importantly have your best interest at heart. Interview as many as you need until you find the people you connect with best. Doesn't have to be the most popular agent, or one with most sales. It should be a person with good intentions and a willing heart to serve.

I have worked with clients from many walks of life. First time home buyers, Veterans, retirees, investors and more. I enjoy being a part of my clients journey regardless of where they are and I am always there to provide all the needed resources and knowledge I can.

I assisted some close friends who had just gotten married and had a baby purchase their first home! It was a transaction very near and dear to my heart because I remember when I first met them, and they had just started dating and to have witnessed the evolution of their life together from marriage, to baby, to homeowners is something I'll never forget.

My real estate career started somewhat 8 plus years ago around 2015 in my hometown, Clearlake California. I always had an eye for interior design and I loved seeing different homes so what better way to serve my community than helping people achieve the American dream while doing something I love. I am not licensed in 2 states, both Texas and California, working them both.
