Josh is super professional and super nice! He helped me find my first house in my life within a month and I am really satisfied with my new home. During the house-hunting process, he was also really generous about his time teaching me how to check houses' locations by map satellite feature to filter out those bad options. This tip is a time saver and helps avoid houses close to electric towers and freeways. Besides, he is a good planner as well. He always thinks ahead to let me know what I have to do and prepare so that I won't stress myself when things come up. In conclusion, Josh is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER!!!
