ZillowVERIFIEDHave dubbed the Kones the "Do Nothing Team". They did virtually NOTHING in 6 months of being my buyer agents. Zero proactive searching on my behalf, almost no proactive communications and a grand total of 2 phone conversations. I did all the searching myself. They didn't bring a single listing to me in all that time despite my having spent hours helping them understand what I was looking for. I don't want to list all the ways they failed as my realtors since it would just sound like complaining. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent. No amount of smiling and cheery videos can replace an agent who actually does the work they say they're going to do for you and the work that's needed to find you a house, especially in this market.

ZillowVERIFIEDAMAZING realtors!!! SOLD in 3 days!!! We met with The Cone Realty Group at the recommendation of our financial advisor. When we met Hal and Kris in our home the first time, we immediately loved their approach. First, they took interest in US, not just the sale of our home: they inquired about our family, our home, the neighborhood, the memories we would be leaving behind and helped us feel completely at ease with moving on. Then, they went to work. Hal & Kris brought in professional home stagers who gave us suggestions for presenting our home for maximum value. While we fixed, replaced, repaired and decluttered, they employed, writers, photographers, and back-office support -- basically a no-nonsense professional team that helped us get our home ready for sale. And when we had questions (and we had many), they responded usually within a few minutes of our inquiries. When we were ready, they priced our home just right. We went out of town for the weekend and had multiple offers when we returned. Finally, we've worked with many realtors over the years that we've owned property. The Cone Realty far exceeds all the others. This is the team you want!
