She was thorough in her preparation to review properties within our parameters, mapped out the properties for showings, and maximized our schedule. She was flexible, even giving up some of her personal time, when we needed to see a property again on short notice. When the time came to do so, she provided all the information we needed to make an informed offer to get us the best possible deal on our new home. But she didn't stop there - she was excellent in her communication from offer to to closing, helping us with getting the inspection, having work done (at the expense of the seller) to correct some things found on the inspection, and so much more.
