I recently bought a very unique, one of a kind home in Auburn, California. I knew the minute I saw it that I wanted it. It had been many years since I'd bought or sold a home, having raised my children in my last home. I had lived in that home for 35 years. It was difficult to leave, but I knew it was time. I was ready to downsize and move closer to my grand babies. Kristen Adams helped me every step of the way. Kristen is friendly and personable, easy to talk to, and fun to be with, but also very professional. She helped me buy my dream home and then helped me sell the home that I have loved for all these years. When the first offer fell through, she stayed calm and reassured me that it would be OK. She helped me with all the business of buying and selling, but she did so much more. She offered support when she didn't have to. When I was desperately trying to get everything out of my house, she took the last load down to Auburn for me and helped with some house cleaning, as well. She's the best!

Kristen is an amazing realtor. This is our second experience with her and soon to be third. She is extremely knowledgeable about the current market, real estate trends, is responsive, gives honest feedback when asked, reviews all details and information and has great advice if the transaction has complications.
