After my friend's death, I was tasked with handling his estate, including selling his home. Lori and the Wilkins Way were invaluable in the process, including preparing the house (which was in rough shape) for market, and helping the buyer when the deal almost fell apart because she could not procure home owner's insurance. Lori stepped in diligently and was able to push all the right buttons to help the buyer (not her client) and me cross the finish line in a relatively short time.
