ZillowVERIFIEDWe don't feel like we actually worked with Amy or Alex. The one and only time we saw Amy was when we interviewed her, we met Alex for the first time when he popped in for the last few minutes of our closing. If you are looking for a real estate agent that lists your home and schedules showings then they might be for you but if you are looking for a realtor that is involved with you and your home I would say they are not what you are looking for. Fortunately they do have a great assistant (Adam) who is more involved in the process and very helpful and the person you will be working with 99% of the time.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the opportunity to work with Amy, Alex, and Adam from Vastardis Team. Our home went into contract after 2 weeks and few showings. We closed in a month!! From the beginning, we had an excellent experience with the entire team. Amy is very detailed oriented. She was very responsive, provided to us great advice, resources, and referrals during stating. She listened to our ideas, answered questions, and worked with us to price our home right. Excellent marketing strategy and resources. We loved the photos and videos! Alex got us the price we wanted it. Adam was excellent handling all related items to get us to closing and keep us updated at all times. We highly recommend Vastardis Team for all your real estate needs. Thank you again for helping us to sell our home and to make our next adventure possible!! Karol and Matt

ZillowVERIFIED Team Vastardis are pros at what they do. The selling experience was so smooth. The team is amazingaEUR|you basically get three agents for the price of one. Amy worked with us on the front end and put together an amazing marketing piece and listed the property. Amys husband, Alex handled all the negotiations and got me the price I wanted. Once under contract, Adam took the process to the finish line and helped coordinate a very quick and flawless closing. I highly recommend Team Vastardis!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't have chosen a more qualified team to represent our home sale. The entire process was much faster than anticipated. We were well informed in every step of the process and the guidance provided couldn't have been better. If we were staying in the area, there's no question on which team we would be using. Thanks once again to the entire Vastardis team....

ZillowVERIFIED The Vastardis team really came through for us during a difficult time of transition. The tools they utilize for visibility had our home sold in less than 1 week ! Amy's eye for design really helped us dial in our aesthetic for the greatest impact when the time came for photos, and the results were obvious. Multiple offers and achieved better than expected on our aggressive timeline. If you want it done right, this the team !!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly Recommend! Amy, Alex and Adam are a terrific trio!! We just sold our home and Amy got it priced perfectly! They have a great plan in place to get your home sold in the quickest time and for the best price! The professional photos with digital marketing and accent staging showed off our home in the best way . Once the house was for sale its Alex who takes over for any offers and negotiations (so you love to see his name pop up on your phone!) and hes as great at this part as Amy is to bring in the offers!! Once the home is under contract (THANK YOU AMY AND ALEX!), Adam takes over for everything that follows to get you to the finish line!! Every single one of them is accessible when you have a question. Quick to reply to text messages or answer their phones when you call. They made the process easy and got us the end result we were hoping for in selling our home! Now we have moved on to using them as our Buyers agent and again Alex has been with us every step of the way to get us our new dream home under contract!!!! We are just starting the processes of our buying experience and Adam is already on top of inspections and closing dates. These 3 truly have a system down that works and makes you (as a buyer or a seller) feel like youre in the best hands and definitely dealing with experienced professionals. Thank you Amy, Alex and Adam for helping us with some of the biggest decisions and life changes a family can go thru in selling / buying a home! You all are AMAZING!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a house can be very stressful, but working with Amy Vastardis and Adam Gibbs made the experience almost pleasurable. With 25 years of experience, Amy knows the market extremely well and made recommendations that showcased our house in the best light possible (she is an absolute wizard at staging and decluttering!). And her and Adam's marketing and social media expertise put our house out on many social media platforms which created huge awareness. Special thanks to Adam for taking the most amazing video of our house as well as hand holding us through the closing process, always available at a moments notice to answer any questions that we had. Their expertise, professionalism and high energy contributed to the success of our house selling in just 4 days!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam Gibbs was our representation from the Vastardis agency and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a tough market, and although we submitted three offers that weren't accepted, Adam stuck with us and found us a pre-market property that we ended up closing on.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a fantastic experience with Alex and Amy Vastardis and Adam Gibbs. They were very helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Orlando housing market. As out of state homeowners, it was important for us to sell the house with someone who would keep us informed. The Vastardis team was communicative and helpful every step of the way, from the repairs to photos to marketing, signing contracts and dealing with buyers and the title company. Amy quickly organized repairs and cleaners to get the house ready. She kept in contact with us the entire time and was always quick to return phone calls, texts and answer any questions. Alex and Adam were excellent negotiators, and helped us to get the best price for our house. Adam was patient and answered all our questions and worked hard to to help us with a roof repair. The Vastardis team was very efficient and responsive. The closing process was made simple, with the team explaining everything that needed to be done. With their guidance and help and skills in negotiating, we were able to sell the house quickly. We would highly recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex & Amy made our home buying and selling experience flawless. They are very good at advising you on where to look, what price range, and most importantly, how to get the right property. We trusted them to sell our home and purchase a new home. We would recommend the Vastardis team to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a realtor to sell your property I highly, highly recommend Orlando Real Estate. After an unsatisfactory experience with a prior listing agency, tapped Alex and Amy who were wonderful and used a comprehensive marketing and sales approach to list our Dr Phillips house. They provided frequent updates about the process, leveraged their network of construction and home repair professionals that were able to make quick enhancements that made the house more appealing, and made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. After listing the house for less than one week, we had multiple offers at and above the list price.

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly, The Vastardis Team is 5 stars across the board. I have high standards for knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail--and Amy, Alex, and Adam exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with their services. And they're really nice people, not just all about business. I have lived in Southwest Orange County for 10 years now and worked with Alex and Adam before on several properties--they were always great to work with. This time I got to work primarily with Amy on leasing a rental property and she is awesome and very effective! I got good tenants fast, and she kept me informed and part of the decision-making along the way the whole time. She also went beyond her role of leasing agent and advised me on some interior design decisions that made the house look more presentable--she is very knowledgeable and helpful. -G

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Amy, and Team Vastardis, which includes Adam, who did a lot of the heavy lifting with paperwork details and following up with the buyer's agent after our home was sold. We were always kept informed of potential showings and the name of the realtor, time-frame, etc., so that we could vacate our home while the showing took place. We always received feedback. We were fortunate in that we sold our home in a week for more than asking. My husband and I give credit to the beautiful photography and virtual tour which got buyer's in the door. If you are unfamiliar with Coldwell Banker's Realvitalize program then you must talk to Alex and Amy. We did not have ready money in order to spend on painting our home (dire need) or painting the inside a more suitable color. This program fronted the funds for fix-up which simply came out of closing. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have been hiring Alex and Amy Vastardis team a few times. They helped us find a new home. At the same time, they helped us rent out our old property. Finally, they helped us with selling the latter. Every time they were professional, responsive, and attentive. Moreover, they represented our interest very well by making sure that our property was occupied by great tenants and was advertised to the right market for selling it. When we were looking for a new home they provided us with such great options that we decided for the right house during our third or fourth viewing. The team keeps in touch throughout the year and invite us to their family events. We hope to keep doing business with them in the future.

I do not know how they manage to dedicate themselves 24/7 to service all of their clients. We are very happy and fortunate to have this team to sell our home. Amy came out and gave the tips to stage the house to look more spacious and also gave me ideas to improve the presentation to attract the buyers. Adam is a master media specialist that took great pictures and a video of the house like a Hollywood professional photographer at no extra cost. Alex was very knowledgeable and on top of the negotiation to obtain a best price. I have learned so much about home selling and they made it so much fun! Keep up the great job Amy, Alex, and Adam!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is professional and trustworthy real estate professional and I truly enjoyed working with her. I needed some assistance getting my home ready to sell and she inspected the house and pulled the resources together for me to get the house on the market quickly. She also gave me some remodeling recommendations and provided advice and made sure the house gets ready to list. As an out of state owner, responsiveness and availability were important for me and Amy was responsive, helpful, and was very knowledgeable about the Orlando area. Also Adam who works with her team was also very helpful and resourceful during the closing process. He also takes great pictures of the property for websites and I believe it helped to get the property sold just one day after it was listed. I plan to work with them for another property I plan to sell next year and I recommend Vastardis team for sellers and buyers in Orlando area.
