I was unable to trust his words and depended on information I get from the title company officer, who luckily enough explained the process, the outcome, and the time lines. Unfortunately he followed a real estate agent I dealt with in West Palm Beach, who was excellent. The contrast was shocking. May improve in the future if he tries.
