ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time home buyer who didn't know much about the housing market in SLO, I was really nervous about finding a realtor that I could trust. Luckily, my friends and co-workers referred me to Jed, which resulted in the smoothest, most transparent experience I could have imagined. Jed is extremely patient and never tried to push or rush me into putting down an offer. He also was exceptionally good at picking up on what I liked (or didn't like) about certain properties and making sure to adjust future showings to reflect this. During escrow, he kept me on track by reminding me to schedule movers, set up my trust, schedule changes to utilities etc. He advocated for me while I was undergoing the process of breaking my current lease. He was super available, prompt, and detail-oriented. In short, I really felt well taken care of as Jed's client. He knew that I had no experience with the housing market and did not take advantage of that. I felt like he was really in my corner and helped me to negotiate the best deal possible. After going through this process with him, I'm probably now a bit spoiled. I plan on using his services again to buy any future properties because this was such a great experience.
