ZillowVERIFIED After living in the same home for more than 31 years, deciding to relocate out of state was a huge decision for me. Malvin made it so much easier!! He knew what was needed to prep my home to put on the market and get top dollar for it. After doing everything he suggested (ie paint and flooring, minimize clutter, free up as much floor space as possible, etc.) my home received nine offers and sold in three days, for $55k more than the listing price! I lived in a community in Anaheim, and my selling price blew away any sale price in the community. Malvin has an amazing team, from his broker, escrow company, and even his secret weapon, his mentor.
