ZillowVERIFIEDCame to this area to look at a property Angela's agency had listed. That property wasn't me. Told Angela what I wanted and she knew where it was! House was listed with another realtor and was COVERED UP in showings but she got us into the house between the other realtor's showings. Long story short a contract on the house was in the works THAT DAY [she got me ahead of the other buyers] negotiated my offer and sealed the deal the NEXT DAY! PLUS got my house thousands BELOW appraised value I could not have asked for any more. Angela then proceeded to guide me thru changing truck/rv/trike into Florida from Kentucky, contacting the correct county offices for tax purposes, number for electric company, garbage. Lady covered everything in my purchase. I can not recommend her any higher and consider it a blessing to have used her.
