ZillowVERIFIED Barbra was wonderful in helping us buy our first home in Tallahassee. Her knowledge in this arena made our experience an easy process. She was transparent about all the negatives and positives with potential decisions we thought about making with each step. Barbra was caring and I believe genuinely happy and excited about us and I'm sure her other homebuyers, getting the homes that they want and need. Barbra was also in contact after her obligations were over to make sure we were good. She is a great person to have in your corner when buying a home. Thank you again, Barbra Boutin!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbra is your 'dream realtor'. She consistently went above and beyond my expectations. Her local knowledge was why I contacted her to begin with, but her experience base and service toward the sale of my home was truly exceptional. -> I cannot stress this enough: "Grab her while you can, you will not be disappointed."

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbra as my listing agent to complete the sale of my condo. From start to finish, Barbra went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. From getting my property ready to list, to working with the title, insurance and lending companies, Barbra's experience and expertise made the entire process seamless- not to mention how fast she got my property sold! I am so grateful for her dedication and knowledge. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Our business is growing and we needed to find a larger home to handle our growth-that means we had to find a house before selling our current home. We contacted Barbra and explained our situation and she started working with us by sending us information on available houses that met our criteria. Not an easy task as our criteria list was pretty long and we were not going to settle for something that wasn't perfect. From day one with Barbra, she was fantastic. Very responsive and very knowledgeable about the market and how to position our home to sell for the asking price if not more and sell quickly. Barbra helped every step of the way and listened to what we needed and then delivered time and time again. Long story short, it took us over 5 months to find the house we loved but we sold our old home and bought the new home working with Barbra. Would we recommend Barbra as your agent? Without a doubt!

ZillowVERIFIED We closed on a home yesterday, a home Barbra helped us find and secure. We were not an easy costumer as our list of must haves was large and our pickiness was well noted. We ended up making an offer on the first home we saw. With Barbras assistance we negotiated on the price to our full satisfaction. Barbra stayed on point throughout the process and was on point all the way through closing. The good relationship she developed with the sellers agent allowed us to overcome some bumps along the process, including during closing where she had to jump for the rescue. Barbra was always a call or a text msg away with a quick response to every need we had. We highly recommend!
