Our family has moved 11 times in the last 20 years, domestically and overseas. We have experienced many realtors/agents and Eric has been the BEST of them all. The most important thing about Eric, is that he is honest to the core, which was refreshing after having been agents in the past that have flat out lied to us. Not only is Eric highly professional, he is personable and was willing to go above and beyond for our family. Since we were buying from out of town, he worked additionally hard at providing extra details about homes we considered. He is a former builder, which was invaluable, since he was able to give us even more in depth information about houses we viewed, which a standard realtor usually isn't able to provide.

Eric showed us many homes in Charlotte and even homes outside of Charlotte when he thought the home met our requirements. We requested several viewings of homes we were interested in. He was quick in getting us access to homes for viewing. We were starting to give up and he asked us to look at a home that was up for auction. At our first online glance we did not think it met our criteria.The home turned out to be the ideal home. He was patient & HONEST.
