We were nervous first-time home buyers, and Eric led us through the entire process, from connecting us with a great lender and inspector to answering every question we had (and we had a lot of questions!). And when he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out for us. He really knows this industry, and his chill demeanor was a pleasure to work with. As a Real Estate Investor, I work with many Real Estate Brokers and Agents. Eric is one of the best. I'm glad I followed his suggestion to rehab the property before selling it. It got us multiple offers over asking price. Usually selling 'as is', buyers request deep discounts. He coordinated all the rehab and Eiric is super-efficient with following up.
