Eric is very knowledgeable of the Memphis/Arlington market. This is a challenging time to sell a home and he did it in weeks when this could have gone on for months as weve seen with other homes in the area. His marketing and pricing strategy were spot on and he has great resources behind him from handyman to cleaning services to make the selling process seamless. My wife and I couldnt be happier and I cant recommend Eric any higher.

John did a great job helping us find a house with specific characteristics that we required. Was he responsive? Absolutely! Was he knowledgeable? Above and beyond our expectations. A storm took out a tree and a fence just days before closing (when I was out of town) and John worked the problem on our behalf and the closing went off without a hitch. We would DEFINITELY work with him again.

We moved across the country and Eric made the process very easy for us. His knowledge of the different areas helped us find the perfect neighborhood for us. When we were not around, he managed inspections etc for us. I would definiert recommend Eric!
