Review My general opinion is that realtors dont add a whole lot of value. They post your property, a buyer sees it, and the realtor does the paperwork. But Christina really is awesome. When I contacted her about listing the property I made her aware of the tight timeline we were under (needed to list in less than a week), our required ratios in order to purchase the home we were looking to buy, as well as accommodate/manage logistics for challenging tenants who wanted to be relocated. Review Christinas preparation prior to listing our condo was extremely professional. She was spot on about what improvements should be completed prior to listing resulting in higher market value and reduced market time. Although she was the professional /Expert she listened to what we said and discussed both disagreements as well as agreements. Our condo was rented to 4 college students and her experience in rental management was crucial in making sure the new owner and tenants were all satisfied. Needless to say, we had a full price offer in 2 days and a 2 week cash closing. Being an out of state seller, we felt extremely comfortable and confident throughout the whole process from the initial market analysis to closing in escrow.
