Windermere Sun Capital Partners, LLC

The Siwek team is exactly what we needed to secure our home in AZ. We, unfortunately, did not have a good experience with a prior agent and were referred by two separate friends (not a coincidence) to the Siweks. From the start -- we received great communication, local knowledge, usable and understandable data, a straight forward approach, and a little fun and humor in between. We will be looking for our 2nd home in AZ very soon and will use Christina and Matt again without hesitation!

Christina and Team were outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. We had no stress working with Christina as she was calm through the whole process. Successful closing on our property was right on schedule. We would absolutely recommend the Siwek Team.

When it comes to finding a home, shes the reason our dreams became reality. With All in, for you as her motto, Christina didnt just represent us; she championed our every need. Her impressive two decades of industry experience showed in every negotiation, ensuring we got the best deal. Her work ethic? Unmatched. Christina put in the extra mile, night and day, to secure our future. Choosing her was the smartest move we ever made. We could not have done it without her and are truly grateful for her being in our corner!

Christina and team are the Best! They are so knowledgeable, professional and know the Arizona market. The Team is At the Ready when you need them, always available to answer questions, deal with issues that come up in a pleasant and caring manner. If you are looking to purchase a house, property, etc., I would definitely recommend Siwek Team. When we were working to find our new forever home, Christina and team were so helpful, listened to our needs and took notes. She remembers everything!

Christian is the highest caliber professional with an unmatched commitment to customer satisfaction. We are gratitude for Christinas exceptional service and expertise in helping us purchase our first (out of state) investment property. Her extensive market knowledge was evident from the first consultation, as she effortlessly guided us through the entire process. Christina took time to understand our goals and worked diligently to find properties that aligned with our investment strategy. What impressed us most was her impressive responsiveness; she would promptly address any concerns or queries, ensuring we were always informed and comfortable with both the process and our options. Christinas flexibility and adaptability throughout the transaction instilled a deep sense of confidence and trust and we expect to hire her again and again. We highly recommend Christina to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agent.
