Lisa was quick to get us a showing at a house we found and walked us through the process of submitting an offer giving us advice along the way, and putting it under contract without any stress. She set up all the inspections in a timely manner, met with all the companies herself, and kept us up-to-date. As things got closer to closing she was a great help with tying up loose ends with financing and title company to make sure everything was smooth and we closed on time. Lisa also sold some land we had at the same time and was so responsive with getting it listed, promoting it, and giving us advice on the market when we were thinking about a price reduction. She kept in touch with interested buyers and agents with our price reduction and ended up getting us an offer we were very happy with. She helped with all the title company details toward the end and set up closing that worked with our schedule. Wouldn't buy or sell with anyone but Lisa!
