All issues by buyer and seller were quickly addressed with suggestions and advice by Tom and Jo Ann Jacobs. Handyman services, water well issues and minor home repairs completed quickly and satisfactorally to move home sale closing up ahead of schedule to appreciation of both buyer and seller. Home for sale was priced right by Tom Jacobs and resulted in full price sale. Very satisfied.

We used them both to buy our home and later to sell it. In every instance, the process was seamless and stress-free. They do an amazing job and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

Tom is an excellent realtor; we will use him again in Tallahassee. He is kind, responds quickly and exercises patience, and makes himself available for clients. A pleasure to work with! Tom obtained Ed access to multiple condos and arranged for showings to accommodate our schedule and helped negotiate a fair purchase price.

Both Joann and Tim did a wonderful job helping us sell our condo In Tallahassee remotely! Our condo was under contract in about a week and the process was stress free. Their communication was excellent throughout and all teams that worked together to make the sell were great. I highly recommend this Realty Group.

I was referred to Tom Jacobs by Ramsey Solutions and I am glad I contacted them! They reach out to me quickly and started the process of finding my new home. We looked at several places and his team was very flexible with showing times, due to my grueling work schedule. They showed me homes in the evenings and even on Saturday and Sunday! They not only help me find a good home, but provided very good advice throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their real estate team!
