The all-star team of Brian & Beth Belcher and Closing Coordinator Melonee Ray have been consistently amazing. We first engaged them to sell my in-laws' house. They gave us great advice as to what pre-sale improvements would be worth the money up front. But once the house was ready, the marketing package they provided knocked our socks off! The interior lighting was corrected so that the window light didn't overpower the photos and the rooms looked well lit. There was a 3D tour! The floor plan was laser measured. There were drone photos showing the house from overhead and an elevated position. All of this was online and the photos were used to make sales brochures for prospective buyers to take with them after visiting. This was all part of the service and no extra fees were charged. This all worked as planned since an Open House visitor on the first listing day made the winning offer. We then decided to downsize and engaged Brian & Beth as our buyer's agent. We ended up buying a house that was still under construction and Brian's advice as to taking lots of photos turned out to be crucial He and Beth also helps us navigate the HOA and deed requirements since this was our first experience with an HOA. Once we bought the new house, we engaged them yet again as our seller agent for the old house. As before they marketing package was killer and the house was only on the market a couple days before what would become the winning offer was tendered. People often ask "would you recommend them to a friend?" Well, after the first experience I recommended them to *myself* twice and have been extremely happy with the service every time. We aren't investors, so three back-to-back engagements is a lot for us. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Brian & Beth Belcher for all your real estate needs. Melonee works in the background so probably doesn't get the recognition in the reviews that she deserves, so special shout out to Melonee from us as well. This is the all-star team!
