Aaron set up a custom search portal via the MLS that was tailored to I was looking for in a home (location, bedrooms, price) and we were able to communicate about specific properties and set up showings through the platform. When we found the one Aaron moved quickly to submit a competitive offer, and we got the deal done. It needed work before it could be sold and Aaron knew exactly who to contact for good service at a reasonable price. He was very responsive and friendly at all times and got a good price for the house. The second time I used Aaron was to sell undeveloped land in Issaquah. While we were out looking for houses sometimes we would spend a whole day viewing but wouldn't really like any of them but Aaron never got discouraged.
