ZillowVERIFIED Carol was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer questions and help us along the way. We dont live close to the house we were selling so we thought this was going to be a complicated process, but she guided us along, kept us informed and had offers immediately. I highly recommend Carol. She made what we thought was going to be a stressful long process a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED buying a house is hectic. But Carol was calm, collect, patient, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. We knew what we wanted to buy as a home. Carol gave extra unexpected insight on things we didn't think about; where to buy groceries, traffic issues on specific routes we would commute on, either the house was above sea level or not and how that would affect our decisions, etc. She understood what we were looking for and what we needed. And she always showed us properties that was within our budget. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor as a first time home buyer. Thank you Carol.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was an excellent negotiator and made it her top priority to make the best deal possible for me. I purchased my first home with Carol as my realtor in August of 2000. When I decided to sell in 2013 she was the first & only realtor I contacted. My house sold in less than a week. Carol made it a point to keep in touch over the years by sending yearly calendars and magnets with our hometown team schedules. She was always honest & upfront with me about everything which I truly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol sold our house in five days and we got more than our asking price. She walked us through every step of the way. She quickly answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgable regarding all aspects of selling our home. We had another real estate agent tell us that we wouldn't be able to sell the home for enough to cover our mortgage but she knew she could sell it and was confident that we would make money - she was right. I highly recommend her!
