Angie's local knowledge was very useful in deciding what neighborhoods were a good fit for our family. She was detailed and always explained the steps (process) in which we would follow once we decided to make an offer. Her responsiveness was excellent. On a few occasions she was out of town with family and still responded to emails and phone calls..........very dedicated to her profession. Angie was able to submit an offer for us that was solid and with her negotiation skills, helped us achieve the purchase of the home, below the asking price!! Nice work Angie!
