We met Leah after we had already met a previous realtor. The difference was night and day. Leah came into our home and gushed over the positive aspects she saw. She kept that positive attitude throughout the process. We originally came to Leah for help with selling our house, she ended up helping us find land to buy as well. She was incredibly patient while we went through the purchase process and then she guided us through the selling of our house. She had great advice about what we could do to help with the sale and she was helpful throughout the process. We have a big family and she was very understanding and patient with our younger children as they had so many questions and wanted to help with whatever she was there to do. Our house was on the market for a week before we accepted an offer (we thought it would take months). Not only was Leah pleasant to work with, she made a usually stressful situation a peaceful, positive experience. We werent sure we were making the right decision using a realtor, but Leah far surpassed our expectations and we highly recommend Leah to anyone looking to buy OR sell.
