At the time, we really didn't know much about how realtors worked and even if the process through Zillow was trustworthy. Justin was great in that he explained the processes for everything simply and ensured we knew what was going on at all steps. He never pushed or pressured us to continue using him as a realtor, but his down-to-earth nature and transparency was enough to let us know he was the real deal. He spent lots of time with us in viewing houses, some more than once, was lightning-fast on getting viewings scheduled, and had "Wall Street" negotiation prowess.
